VISUAL ARTS DEPARTMENT in JINNAH UNIVERSITY

VISUAL ARTS DEPARTMENT in JUW is a perfect example of  Motivation and Work in Process .
This department was started in 2011 and the progress so far is astonishing , as we see the annual Exhibition happening,the visits the progress they had in their department ,I mean everything is just so Gloomy atleast for me, I have even heard that they have designed their own uniform ...isnt this amazing!!!
I'm really looking forward to this department .. ALL THE BEST :)

RIVALS TOGETHER AGAIN ... PAKISTAN VS INDIA

There has been so much hype about this game that it's important we put it in perspective. It is, after all, only the biggest game in cricket history. The fact that the winners go through to a World Cup final is almost incidental.    This is India vs Pakistan.

Everybody wants to win cricket matches, but it's hard to imagine that anybody has ever needed to win a match as much as these sides today. Take the thing you have needed the most in your life. There is an obvious concern that it will kick off, and at least one of the losing team will probably have their house stoned tonight, but hopefully the cricket will take precedence. Both sides have otherworldly talents.

It's hard to script a sports drama more intense than this: Two nations that are bitter rivals and have fought three wars are about to play their biggest match yet in the sport they both love more than any other on the game's biggest stage—and just as their leaders try to get peace talks off the ground.

That will be the scene when India faces Pakistan in the semifinals of cricket's World Cup in the Indian city of Mohali.

A victory for Pakistan would move the country a step closer to displacing Australia as the world's dominant cricket power. An Indian  win would not only be a huge upset, it could assure the nation's fans that its team shouldn't be defined by the bad performances it sometimes turns purely a matter of luck.The winner will face Sri Lanka or New Zealand in the final in Mumbai on Saturday.

MID-TERM EXAMS in Jinnah University

Exams in any institute is almost like a matter of Life or Death for students, there are some students who word hard and some wait for others to work hard so that they can Copy-Paste :P
Midterms in JUW is nothing diffferent from others we have same tentions,depression,frustrations etc etc etc
but the good part is that if you failed in any subject by chance you have a chance to attempt it again .. hahhhh
It is a breath of relieve for us atleast ..

CITIZEN JOURNALISM

Lecture on CITIZEN JOURNALISM on 28 January ,2011 was held in Jinnah University for Women in Karachi.
The basic aim of this lecture was to give awareness on this new type of journalism.
This was a different experience for me because the basic question which comes in mind when we hear the word CITIZEN JOURNALISM  is something to do with  citizens of any nation.. well to be very honest it was actually different but very familiar to the CNN's concept which is very similar to this concept .. well the basic concept or idea behind this was :
1. Sharing of experience with the audience
2. Sharing of opinion- how does it effect me
3. Sharing of discovery
4. Sharing of expert's

It was interesting in a way for young photographers to show and prove their ability ,creativity and talent in front of the World!!

LIFE

hello lovelies :)
         Life is so unexpected dese days!!! ahhh gosh i feel like stopping the time!!!
so yeah today we are goin to tlk abt LIFE ,well see everyone isnt it amazing tht we still be alive after goin thorugh every possible tragedy :) well thts NATURE I guess everything has its expiry :) but we can still be HAPPIE if we want too :)
